Sidorenko Holding JSC

Sidorenko Company was founded in 1990 by the dipl. Eng. Naum Sidorenko. Its main subject of activity is supply of equipment packing and processing technologies for the food industry. In the course of years the Company has been progressively developed and has established its leading position as a main supplier for its customers in Bulgaria.

Our stable growth allows development in some other marketplaces, too. To meet the new challenges in 2005 the company was transformed into a holding company Sidorenko Holding JSC. The parent company controls the following subsidiaries:

  • Sidorenko Foodtech Ltd. — supply and service of machines for the food processing industry
  • Sidorenko Ingredients Ltd. — supply of flavorings, food additives, technological aid.
  • Sidoinvest Ltd. — construction of warehouses, business buildings, living houses, real estate property management.
  • SENS—BG Ltd. — tourism.

Every subsidiary is developing its own target market. This guarantees our customers quality and highly professional service.

Sidorenko Holding JSC has offices, stores and service teams in Sofia and Burgas where the head office of the Holding is. This location and the mobility of our teams ensure reliable supplies of equipment and spare parts on the territory of the whole country.
